1. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payments and handles returns and cancellations.

2. Digital Delivery Policy

Money Engine is a Software as a Service (SaaS) application. Upon successful payment processing by Paddle, your account will be automatically and instantly upgraded to the Pro Tier. Delivery is entirely digital. No physical goods will be shipped. You will receive an email receipt confirming your subscription and immediate access to all premium features.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with Money Engine. We offer a free tier so you can fully test the software before purchasing.

  • 7-Day Guarantee: If you upgrade to Pro and find it doesn't meet your needs, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase by contacting support.
  • Cancellations: You can cancel your recurring monthly or annual subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No Partial Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations after the initial 7-day period has passed.

4. Taxes & Pricing

Subscription prices are displayed exclusive or inclusive of applicable local taxes (such as Sales Tax, VAT, or GST) depending on your region. Paddle will automatically calculate and display the final total, including all applicable taxes, at checkout.

5. Acceptable Use

Money Engine provides financial tracking and invoice generation tools. You agree to use these tools for lawful business operations. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the financial, tax, and client data you enter. Attempting to bypass limits or reverse-engineer the software will result in immediate account termination.

6. Limitation of Liability

Money Engine is provided "as is". Under no circumstances shall the developer be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, missed payments, or tax penalties resulting from the use or inability to use the software.
