• Application Data: We store the business data you manually input into the app—including client names, contact details, task notes, hourly rates, and invoice line items—solely to provide our services to you.
• Payment Information: Payment processing for Pro subscriptions is handled securely by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Money Engine does not collect, store, or process your payment card numbers on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your information exclusively to:

• Maintain your account and authenticate your logins.
• Generate downloadable PDF invoices and calculate financial metrics on your dashboard.
• Send transactional emails (such as login verification links and password resets).
• Provide customer support and address bug reports.

3. Third-Party Service Providers (Sub-Processors)

We utilize trusted third-party cloud infrastructure to run Money Engine securely:

• Paddle.com: Merchant of Record handling billing, payments, and tax/VAT compliance.
• Supabase: Encrypted cloud database and user authentication framework.
• Vercel: Secure web hosting and content delivery network.
• Resend: Transactional email routing system.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

Money Engine uses browser LocalStorage and essential session cookies strictly necessary for application functionality—specifically to keep you authenticated as you navigate between tabs. We do not use intrusive third-party advertising tracking cookies.

5. Data Security and Storage

Your data is transmitted using modern SSL/TLS encryption and stored on secure cloud database servers. We maintain strict access controls and encrypted storage protocols. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information, financial data, or client lists to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention and Deletion Rights

You retain full ownership of all data you input into Money Engine. You may request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated client, task, and invoice records at any time by contacting us at sarowarzamil@gmail.com. Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

7. International Data Transfers

By using Money Engine, you acknowledge that your information will be processed and stored on secure cloud servers located in global data center regions managed by our sub-processors.

8. Children's Privacy

Money Engine is designed strictly for professional business use by individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy periodically to reflect service or legal updates. Material updates will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
